Sinopale, the International Sinop Biennial, is an international event that allows civil society to come together in a "shared art production" model to promote cultural and art-based dialogue in the context of local development. This project, which is held every two years, aims to realize the urban life of the citizens of all ages with the vision of the future, to think about the urban problems, to share the common historical memory and to organize it for the production of art.
